A flagship, storytelling campaign for Coca-Cola GB, celebrating the vital yet often overlooked role of small, independent retailers in local communities.

For 125 years, the Coca-Cola company has partnered with these entrepreneurs, not only supplying products but helping their businesses grow and thrive. At the heart of the campaign is a series of six documentaries, directed by Ross Bolidai – capturing personal stories of family, resilience, and legacy. Their stories highlight the powerful role these local Bosses play in shaping the places we call home.

A striking photo series by Serena Brown, paired with a nationwide OOH campaign, gives each retailer their own billboard in their hometown. These bold portraits turn shopkeepers into local icons – honouring their impact and inviting the public to see them not just as retailers, but as everyday heroes.
